It is suspected that a whale/entity has built up a position of $10.9 million worth of ETH on the blockchain through two addresses.

CoinFeed reported on March 3rd that, according to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, two addresses purchased $10.9 million worth of ETH on-chain eight hours ago. Address 0xBA9…85a6a bought 3388.6 ETH at $2037.30. Address 0x767…03678 bought 1961.88 ETH at $2035.34. Both addresses suddenly became active after being dormant for three months, and the timing of the ETH purchases and the subsequent transfer method (to new addresses) are quite similar, suggesting they may belong to the same whale/entity.
