CoinFeed reported on March 3 that, according to Cointelegraph, Tennessee's "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act" has been recommended for passage and has been submitted to the Finance, Funding, and Means Committee for review. If passed, the bill would allow the state treasurer to allocate up to 10% of public funds to Bitcoin.
