Coincheck announced that it has completed the acquisition of approximately 99.8% of the equity interest in Canadian digital asset management company 3iQ.

CoinFeed reported on March 2nd that, according to Business Wire, Coincheck Group N.V. announced the completion of its acquisition of approximately 99.8% of the equity in Canadian digital asset management company 3iQ Corp. Founded in 2012, 3iQ launched some of Canada's first compliant digital asset funds, North America's first listed Bitcoin and Ethereum funds, the world's first Ethereum staking ETF, Solana staking ETF, and spot XRP ETF, and operates the digital asset custody account platform QMAP.
