A senior Iranian military official said the Strait of Hormuz was not blocked.

CoinFeed reported on March 5th, citing CCTV News, that Amir Haidari, Deputy Commander of the Hatem Anbia Central Command of Iran, stated in an interview on the morning of March 5th local time that Iran has not blocked the Strait of Hormuz. Haidari stated that Iran is currently handling ships passing through the strait in accordance with relevant international rules and established agreements.
