CoinFeed reported on March 5th that OpenAI has open-sourced the Symphony framework (project preview) on GitHub, aiming to transform project tasks into automated execution processes. This framework can monitor task dashboards such as Linear in real time and generate AI agents to complete coding, CI testing, and code review as needed, ultimately achieving secure merging of pull requests. Currently, the project is in the project preview stage and is released under the Apache 2.0 license. The core of Symphony is written in the Elixir language and provides a complete specification to support multi-language implementations. Its goal is to shift developers' focus from supervising agents to higher-level task management.
