Funding for crypto payment infrastructure continues to heat up, reaching $1.05 billion in Q1 2026.

CoinFeed reported on March 8th that, according to data from @obchakevich_, the funding scale in the crypto payment infrastructure sector continues to grow: approximately $223 million was raised in Q1 2024, increasing to $738 million in Q1 2025, a year-on-year increase of approximately 231%; and by Q1 2026, it had reached approximately $1.05 billion, a year-on-year increase of approximately 43%, breaking the $1 billion mark for the first time.
