After losing over $1.55 million shorting crude oil, a major whale opened a new short position in crude oil worth $6.48 million.

CoinFeed reported on March 9th that, according to Lookonchain monitoring, due to soaring oil prices, whale 0x8Af7's 72,179 short positions in xyz:CL (worth $7.8 million) were completely liquidated, resulting in a loss of over $1.55 million. He subsequently shorted crude oil again, opening a new short position of 60,166 xyz:CL (worth $6.48 million). This whale is also the largest long position holder on the XYZ100 chain, holding 1,601 xyz:XYZ100 (worth $38.52 million).
