Aster: API V3 is now live; latency for V1 will gradually increase.

CoinFeed reported on March 14th that Aster announced the official launch of its API V3. Starting March 16th, V1 latency will gradually increase (reaching approximately 200 milliseconds by March 18th). Aster recommends users migrate immediately.
