The acquisition aims to provide tokenized organizations with an integrated capital markets and treasury management platform, from inception to scaling. Autonomous will remain under the GSR brand, responsible for project launch operations, finance, and infrastructure support. Architech will become the core of GSR Digital Asset Advisory, complementing GSR's institutional trading, market making, and asset management businesses, providing projects with services such as token economics design, fundraising, and exchange strategies. GSR will also provide foundations holding large amounts of their own tokens with treasury diversification, risk management, and cash flow planning, transforming passive token holdings into sustainable funding sources.
