Shield, a privacy-first wallet built on the privacy-focused public blockchain Aleo, is now available on iOS. This wallet supports private transfers, private stablecoins, and cross-chain exchanges, and users can now use it directly on their iPhones. Shield encrypts transaction records by default and verifies transactions using zero-knowledge proofs without revealing amounts, counterparties, or balances. Leveraging Aleo's programmable privacy capabilities, Shield also supports transfers to private stablecoins such as USDCx and USAD.
