CoinFeed reported on March 21 that in response to the recent DNS hijacking incident, the DeFi protocol Neutrl has migrated its official domain to a new address and switched to a new DNS service provider. The smart contract has been unsuspended and is now running normally. Neutrl added that all user funds are safe; the protocol's net asset value (NAV) and reserve assets are stored in custodial wallets and isolated through a custody framework and over-the-counter settlement mechanism (OES), effectively mitigating front-end and infrastructure risks. The official warning is that users should not access the original domain, which will be gradually deactivated. Users who have interacted with the affected domain are advised to revoke related authorizations, including Permit2 authorizations to specified malicious addresses, and to clean up all unknown authorizations.
