The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is soliciting public opinions on 121 industry standard projects, including those related to artificial intelligence security governance.

CoinFeed reported on March 25th that, according to the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the MIIT's Science and Technology Department is publicly soliciting opinions on 121 industry standard projects, including "Security Requirements for Application of Model Context Protocol in Artificial Intelligence Security Governance," and has released a list of proposed standard projects as an attachment. The public comment period is from March 26th to April 24th, 2026. Members of the public with differing opinions can fill out the "Standard Project Approval Feedback Form" and submit it via email during the comment period. The email should be marked "Seventh Batch of Standard Project Approval Public Comment Feedback." The MIIT has also published a contact number for inquiries.
