Aave V4 launched on the Ethereum mainnet, introducing a "hub-and-spoke" architecture.

CoinFeed reported on March 30th that, according to The Block, the decentralized lending protocol Aave has launched version V4 on the Ethereum mainnet, introducing a "Hub and Spoke" architecture. This architecture provides credit lines to different lending markets through a centralized liquidity hub. V4 will establish three types of liquidity hubs: Prime, Core, and Plus, to isolate and manage assets and use cases with different risk levels. The exposure of each "spoke" market will be controlled by the central credit line cap to enhance risk isolation and capital efficiency.
