Interactive Brokers launches personal crypto asset trading in Europe

CoinFeed reported on March 31 that Interactive Brokers announced the opening of cryptocurrency trading to qualified individual investors in the European Economic Area through its Irish subsidiary. Users can trade 11 major crypto assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Dogecoin, alongside stocks, options, futures, forex, bonds, and funds on the existing platform. The service supports 24/7 trading, charging approximately 0.12%-0.18% commission on the trade volume, with no spreads, markups, or custody fees, and supports limit orders.
