Soluna acquires Texas wind farm for $53 million, advancing its 300MW AI campus.

CoinFeed reported on April 2nd that, according to Business Wire, Nasdaq-listed Soluna Holdings announced the acquisition of the 150MW Briscoe wind farm in West Texas for $53 million. The transaction was completed using a combination of cash and $12.5 million in debt. The company stated that the asset is expected to contribute approximately $20 million to $24.4 million in revenue and $6 million to $11 million in adjusted EBITDA in its first year. It will also provide self-owned renewable power to its Project Dorothy, located at the same site, achieving vertical integration of power, land, and computing power.
