Lighter founder: The application process for an on-chain derivatives trading license has been initiated.

CoinFeed reported on April 3 that Lighter founder and CEO Vladimir Novakovski stated during yesterday's Q1 investor call that Lighter has initiated the application process for an on-chain derivatives trading license, arguing that attracting large traditional financial institutions like Citadel without a license is not feasible.
