South Korean regulators have ordered two rectifications and two disclosures related to the share swap between Dunamu and Naver Financial.

CoinFeed reported on April 3 that, according to Money Today, the Financial Supervisory Service of Korea has issued a correction order to Dunamu, stating that its report on the full share swap with Naver Financial submitted on March 30 contained material omissions or false information in the sections on "subsequent restructuring plans" and "other significant investment information." The relevant content may be changed, and investors should be aware of this.
