CoinFeed reported on April 4th that, according to Xinmin Evening News, Shanghai has officially issued the "Several Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Supporting the Development of the Game and Esports Industry" (referred to as the "Shanghai Ten Measures for Games"). The measures state that they will support game and esports companies in the research and application of technologies and terminal devices such as AI big data models, blockchain, big data, and cloud computing, as well as basic game development tools such as game development engines and 3D modeling software. They will also actively promote the application of blockchain technology in copyright registration, rights protection, transactions, and settlement, and encourage partnerships between game companies and electronic device manufacturers to explore more possibilities for multi-terminal game development.
