Cboe BZX and NYSE Arca propose to SEC to streamline crypto ETF listing approval process

Currently, exchanges are required to submit Form 19b-4, a process that can take up to 240 days to review and approve. If approved, the new proposal would eliminate the need for separate applications for eligible crypto ETFs, potentially significantly shortening the time to market. According to a Cboe spokesperson, the SEC could make a decision in as little as 21 days.
