SOL Strategies acquires Solana privacy technology team Darklake Labs

CoinFeed reported on April 7 that Canadian publicly traded SOL Strategies Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Darklake Labs, a Solana-native zero-knowledge technology company, for $1.2 million, including $200,000 in cash and $1 million in common stock. Darklake has developed Zyga, a zero-knowledge proof system based on Solana, which enables private transaction execution and prevents front-running and sandwich attacks.
