AlphaTON Capital plans to raise $43 million to bolster Telegram's Cocoon AI infrastructure.

CoinFeed reported on April 10th that, according to The Block, Nasdaq-listed TON treasury company AlphaTON Capital plans to raise $43 million through a deal with US data center company Vertical Data to expand its AI infrastructure operations. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. AlphaTON is known for its support of the TON blockchain ecosystem and the TON token corporate treasury, and this deal will deploy additional NVIDIA B300 GPUs. Furthermore, AlphaTON has invested in and built infrastructure, applications, and assets within the Telegram and TON ecosystem, including Telegram's decentralized AI platform, Cocoon.
