The United States has not yet made any public response regarding the unfreezing of Iranian assets. Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf posted on social media on April 10 that two conditions must be met before negotiations can begin: a ceasefire in Lebanon and the unfreezing of Iranian assets.
