CoinFeed reported on April 14th that, according to Cryptopolitan, Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Reform Party and a Member of Parliament, purchased £2 million (approximately $2.7 million) worth of Bitcoin through the listed Bitcoin treasury company Stack, becoming the first sitting Member of Parliament and party leader in the UK to publicly purchase Bitcoin. Farage had previously invested £215,000 in Stack through his company Thorn In The Side Ltd, acquiring approximately 6% of the company, which is chaired by former Chancellor of the Exchequer Kwasi Kwarteng. Following this purchase of 37 Bitcoins, Stack's total holdings have reached 68.
