CoinFeed reported on April 17th that, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi, an "ETH ICO 1 million ETH whale" transferred 2,000 ETH, worth $4.63 million, to a multi-signature address 8 hours ago. This receiving address can be considered its dedicated dumping address, as it deposits ETH into OKX shortly after receiving it. The source address is 0x2bf…E4087, which has frequent interactions with block builders BuilderNet and Titan build.
