Polygon RPC services are fully restored to normal

The Polygon Foundation announced that all RPC services have fully returned to normal, including user-side services. Officials stated that they have addressed the root cause of the issue to prevent a recurrence. This morning, Polygon Labs staff stated in a Discord thread that Polygonscan is updating data, that the chain itself is not down, and that only some RPC service providers require patch updates.
