Warsh cited existing confidentiality agreements as grounds for not disclosing the underlying assets, only promising to sell them upon confirmation. Warren stated that this arrangement was insufficient to assess potential conflicts of interest and that the nomination process should proceed only after supplementary disclosures of his financial situation are made.
