ApeChain: All bridging functions that depend on Layer0 have been paused.

CoinFeed reported on April 19th that ApeChain stated it is unaffected by the Kelp DAO incident. However, out of caution, it has decided to suspend all bridging functions that rely on Layer 0; users can choose alternative bridging solutions.
