On April 20th, CoinFeed reported that MicroBit, HashKey, and several early OGs in the industry jointly donated a "Satoshi Nakamoto statue" to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to express their gratitude for Hong Kong's friendly regulatory environment and to support its brand image as a "Web3 Capital." The original statue, created by Italian artist Valentina Picozzi, has already been erected in Lugano, Switzerland (2024) and Tokyo, Japan (2025). This Hong Kong version, made of 304 stainless steel and weathering steel, has a volume of approximately one cubic meter. The base is engraved with "To Hong Kong — In Math We Trust" and donation information. The statue is depicted in profile as a cross-legged figure in deep thought, with a notebook resting on his lap. When viewed directly, it is almost invisible, symbolizing Satoshi Nakamoto's retirement and the community's continuation of the decentralized spirit.
