Alibaba's HappyHorse will open for testing on April 27th and will be officially released for commercial use in May.

CoinFeed reported on April 20th that, according to Jinshi, Alibaba ATH announced that HappyHorse-1.0 will gradually open its API testing through the Alibaba Cloud Bailian platform starting April 27th, with enterprise customers being the first batch of invited testers. Alibaba ATH revealed that Alibaba has been deeply involved in the field of AI video generation for many years. The HappyHorse project is led by the ATH Innovation Business Unit, in collaboration with multiple teams including Alibaba Platform Technology, Tongyi Lab, and Taotian Technology. After the open testing at the end of April, HappyHorse-1.0 will be officially released for commercial use in May.
