Guotai Junan International successfully issued the first public digital native bond by a Chinese securities firm

This issuance is the first public digital native bond issued by a Chinese securities firm. It adopts a direct issuance structure, is denominated in US dollars, has a scale of no more than US$300 million, and has a term of 3 years.
