Tether becomes a major shareholder of Antalpha, holding 8.2% of the shares.

CoinFeed reported on April 20th that, according to TheEnergyMag, stablecoin issuer Tether, through multiple subsidiaries and Chairman Giancarlo Devasini, holds approximately 1.95 million common shares of Bitcoin mining financial services provider Antalpha, representing 8.2% of the company's total share capital after its IPO. Antalpha issued approximately 3.82 million shares at $12.80 per share in its IPO, raising approximately $49.3 million. Tether actually subscribed to about half of these shares, becoming one of its cornerstone investors.
