Many retail investors missed the rebound during the previous war-related sell-off, and as panic subsides, they will re-enter the market, providing significant buying power. With continued corporate earnings growth and the return of retail funds, investors may be facing "one of the best periods of their lives" over the next 18 to 24 months. However, Tom Lee also emphasized short-term risks, stating that the market may still need to test the new Federal Reserve chairman before a significant rally can occur.
