CoinFeed reported on April 21 that, according to Bitcoin Magazine, Admiral Samuel Paparo, commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, testified before the Senate that "Bitcoin has demonstrated tremendous potential as a computer science tool," and stated that "Bitcoin is a real entity and has value as a computer science tool for 'power projection.'"
