Funds stolen from KelpDAO were transferred across blockchains to Arbitrum and then routed through Tron.

CoinFeed reported on April 22 that, according to PeckShield, the KelpDAO attackers have transferred some of the stolen ETH from Ethereum to Arbitrum via AcrossProtocol, then exchanged it for USDT0, and finally routed the funds to the Tron ecosystem (trondao) through LayerZero.
