CoinFeed reported on April 25 that, according to Prnewswire, Nasdaq-listed Aurelion disclosed that it currently holds 33,318 Tether Gold (XAUT), which, based on the price of $4,719.15 per ounce on April 23, is worth over $157 million. The company also disclosed that it has pledged 10,000 XAUT, transforming the gold token from a simple reserve asset into a yield-generating collateral asset. The remaining 23,318 XAUT are unpledged.
