CoinFeed reported on April 25th that, according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi, the address associated with the November 2025 Balancer theft (losses exceeding $116 million) transferred 5,609 ETH (approximately $13 million) to the cross-chain protocol THORChain in the past 9 hours for further money laundering and cross-chain swaps. As of April 25th, the Balancer hackers have cumulatively swapped 14,300 ETH for 419.3 BTC (approximately $32.51 million) through THORChain, and are still dismantling and transferring the remaining stolen funds.
