Tether launches MDK, an open infrastructure framework for Bitcoin mining.

CoinFeed reported on April 27th that Tether announced the release of the open-source Mining Development Kit (MDK), providing a unified infrastructure control layer for Bitcoin miners and developers. MDK employs a modular architecture and a "device capabilities + central orchestration layer" design, supporting the construction of monitoring, automation, and management tools through a JavaScript backend SDK and React UI component library, covering everything from home miners to gigawatt-scale mining farms. The framework is compatible with various hardware and vendors, runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and supports the expansion with new hardware and services, as well as the integration of automation and AI-optimized agents.
