CoinFeed reported on April 29th, citing Cointelegraph, that Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that the future will require billions of human users and AI agents to process trillions of dollars in payments daily. He pointed out that the current financial transmission layer cannot handle this demand and believes that technologies like the Lightning Network are the right direction for development.
