CoinFeed reported on April 29 that Bright Smart Securities (01428.HK) announced the completion of its acquisition of Ant Fortune Holdings. Bright Smart Securities stated that the acquisition will accelerate its digital transformation and upgrading. It will also ensure stable operations and strictly comply with regulatory requirements in both mainland China and Hong Kong. Bright Smart also refuted market rumors, stating, "The company primarily serves local Hong Kong clients and will not expand its brokerage services to mainland clients. Furthermore, Bright Smart has no plans to venture into Web3 areas such as tokenized assets."
