The United States has suffered a humiliating defeat in its own planning, and a new chapter is beginning for the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. The Gulf region without the United States will have a bright future. Tehran shares a common destiny with its Gulf neighbors; the 'evil outsiders' will only find their way to 'the bottom of the water.' Tehran will ensure the security of the Gulf region and eliminate the enemy's abuse of the (Hormuz) waterway. The Iranian people will not accept the enemy's aggression. The new management of the Strait of Hormuz will benefit the region. The US presence on the territories of coastal states is a major source of insecurity."
