CoinFeed reported on May 1st that, according to CoinDesk, Strategy's perpetual preferred stock, STRC, maintained a dividend yield of 11.5% for the third consecutive month. Its volume-weighted average price in April was $99.76, close to its $100 par value. STRC is currently trading at $99.75, having remained below par since April 15th, and is expected to rebound to $100 next week based on historical patterns. Strategy is considering changing the STRC dividend payment frequency from monthly to bi-weekly to further reduce volatility. Strategy common stock (MSTR) rose 33% in April, its first monthly gain in nine months. Bitcoin rose 12% in April.
