Hyperliquid mainnet launches Outcome Markets, introducing the first daily BTC settlement prediction market.

CoinFeed reported on May 2nd that Hyperliquid announced the launch of Outcome Markets (HIP-4) on its mainnet, currently in a limited initial version. Outcome Markets are fully collateralized contracts that settle within a fixed range, suitable for scenarios such as prediction markets and range options. They do not involve leverage or liquidation mechanisms, and the initial phase aims to validate the technology. The first market launched is a daily recurring binary Outcome contract, settling daily at 06:00 (UTC) based on the BTC mark price on Hyperliquid. The official statement indicates that more features and market types will be rolled out in phases, and community feedback is welcome.
