Morgan Stanley: Bitcoin's inclusion on US bank balance sheets will still take time.

CoinFeed reported on May 4th that Amy Oldenburg, Head of Digital Asset Strategy at Morgan Stanley, stated at a Bitcoin conference in Las Vegas that while Bitcoin is expected to be included on the balance sheets of US banks in the future, it currently faces multiple obstacles, including guidance from the Federal Reserve, Basel Accord rules, and global regulations. Morgan Stanley's first bank-issued Bitcoin ETP (MSBT) attracted over $100 million in funding within six days of its launch, although it is not yet open through financial advisors. While the bank recommends a 2-4% Bitcoin allocation, advisor adoption remains low, indicating that education and awareness still need to be strengthened.
