CoinFeed reported on May 5th that James Dyett, head of sales at OpenAI, has left the company to join venture capital firm Thrive Capital as an "Operator in Residence." Thrive Capital is reportedly a major investor in OpenAI, and its founder, Joshua Kushner, has a close relationship with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman. Thrive Capital has previously participated in multiple rounds of OpenAI's funding.
