Aave requests the court to lift the injunction freezing ETH related to the Kelp vulnerability.

CoinFeed reported on May 5th that, according to Cointelegraph, Aave has filed an emergency motion in a U.S. federal court to lift a restraining order on approximately $73 million worth of ETH. These funds were previously linked to the Kelp protocol exploit and had been frozen by Arbitrum. Aave stated that the restraining order hinders its efforts to recover the funds and advance recovery efforts for affected Kelp users and the rsETH market. Previously, the Arbitrum security committee had taken emergency action to freeze 30,766 ETH, worth approximately $71.2 million, in wallets associated with the Kelp exploit user.
