Coinbase CEO: Decision to lay off approximately 14% of staff

CoinFeed reported on May 5th that, according to Jinshi, Coinbase (COIN.O) CEO Brian Armstrong announced a decision to reduce Coinbase's size by approximately 14%. Following the announcement of the layoffs, Coinbase's stock price rose 4.6% in pre-market trading.
