Five sources familiar with the matter revealed that the developer of Claude was valued at $380 billion in February and, with its continued revenue growth, has attracted interest from investors such as Dragoneer, General Catalyst, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. These individuals predict that Anthropic's annualized revenue (estimated based on data from recent weeks) will soon exceed $45 billion—a five-fold increase from $9 billion at the end of last year.
