OpenAI established DeployCo as a deployment company and acquired Tomoro, securing $4 billion in seed funding.

CoinFeed reported on May 11 that OpenAI announced the formation of its OpenAI Deployment Company (DeployCo) to help enterprises deploy AI systems in mission-critical environments, and agreed to acquire applied AI consulting and engineering company Tomoro, bringing in approximately 150 Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Specialists.
