MoonPay acquires Dawn Labs to launch AI-powered prediction market trading assistant.

CoinFeed reported on May 11th that, according to Decrypt, MoonPay announced the acquisition of Dawn Labs, an AI startup focused on prediction markets and digital asset trading tools, and launched its AI trading product, Dawn CLI. This platform allows users to describe their trading ideas in natural language, and the system automatically generates and executes strategies. It initially integrates with Polymarket and will later expand to more trading platforms and asset types. MoonPay stated that its proxy-based product will provide a unified infrastructure for both human users and AI proxies, centered around four main functions: deposit, tokenization, trading, and payment. Dawn reduces the risk of AI trading proxy errors and execution through local non-custodial wallets, auditable strategy code, and strategy controls such as trading limits and market access restrictions.
