The new toolchain improves TON development efficiency by 10 times, making smart contract creation, testing, and deployment more convenient, and is fully AI-ready. This toolchain replaces TON's previously fragmented toolchain, unifying it into a single development process. Acton is described as an all-in-one command-line tool built around the Tolk language, covering the entire process of project creation, testing, debugging, dApp integration, deployment, and verification.
